How to Write a Mystery Without Plotting It to Death

Hi Fellow Readers and Writers–

Well, it’s finally here.  How To Write a Mystery Without Plotting It to Death is a nonfiction book for writers who are tired of trying to plot out their entire book before they begin writing.  It gives the writer some pre-writing things to think about, without the drudgery of plodding through an entire outline or plot.

It’s available from Amazon.com, for your Kindle or Kindle App.

As a writer of numerous short stories, magazine articles, a nonfiction book, seven novellas (The Two Old Biddies Mini-Mystery Series), and five novels (Stevie Coral Series and Annie Malone, P. I. Series), I felt it was about time I “paid it forward,” and helped other writers achieve their dreams.

Now I’m going to get back to the Two Old Biddies, and see what trouble the gals can get into now.

Enjoy, and Happy Reading and Writing to you All,

Jill-Ayn

You made many mistakes in “How to Write a Mystery Without Plotting It to Death” (mainly small ones like word choice and tense) but [what I consider] the worst one was listing the title of the movie “The Magic of Belle Isle” as “The Mystery of Belle Isle” (near location 772 of 897 on my Kindle for PC).

Should I stop trusting you as an author? *:^)

Actually, I loved the book and will shortly be posting a review of it on Amazon. Thank you for writing it – I hope to use what it (you) taught me shortly in creating my own mystery novel.
